Operators Urge Government to not Create Monopoly in Lottery Industry
ABUJA, Nigeria (July 21, 2013) -- Licensed lottery operators in Nigeria have urged the Federal Government to desist from creating a monopoly in the lottery industry, saying; "it is against the spirit and letter of the National Lottery Act 2005," according to the news source.

LONDON, UK (July 17, 2013) -- Paddy Power recently appealed successfully against a decision by the London Borough of Newham not to grant a licence to open a new betting premises in East Ham.
