Spain Cancels Lottery Loan Plan for Regional Liquidity Fund
MADRID, Spain (December 11, 2012) – Spain's Budget Ministry said Tuesday
it cancelled a plan to raise 6 billion euros ($7.8 billion) through a loan
backed by the country's lottery company, its most profitable state-owned firm
