ST LOUIS, Kentucky (December 18, 2012) -- Penn National Gaming Inc. has named Scott Saunders as general manager of Argosy Casino in Alton, effective Jan. 7.

the Dec. 31 deadline for the Republican governor decide on a $34 billion,
20-year contract bid by a British firm approaches.
