Lottery Bill makes it through Wyoming House
CHEYENNE, Wyoming (February 5, 2013) -- The state House of Representatives has approved a bill that would allow Wyoming to offer a lottery. The Associated Press reports that House Bill 77 passed on a 31-28 vote Monday. It now moves to the Senate for consideration.
