Tabcorp Wins Keno Licence Extension
BRISBANE, Queensland (April 17, 2013) -- Tabcorp Holdings Ltd has paid the Queensland government $20 million for a 25-year extension to its state licence for social lottery game Keno. Tabcorp is the country's biggest Keno operator, with the business contributing $36.7 million, or 16 per cent, of Tabcorp's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in the six months to December. The betting giant's licence, which expires in 2022, wil now run until 2047. Tabcorp operates Keno in more than 3,600 venues in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria
