Principality of Asturias Second In Lottery Spend
MADRID, Spain (December 2, 2012) -- The Principality of Asturias, is the second region where more is spent on State Lotteries.
According to statistics released by local website ‘RPTA.es,’ Asturians last year spent on average 258 euros per person in State Lotteries, which was 52 euros more than the national average
