Pennsylvania Lottery: Employees Told By Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser That Their Interests Are "A Primary Concern And Consideration"
HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania (January 18, 2013) -- Pennsylvania Lottery employees received an email this morning from Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser, who oversees the lottery, telling them that they will be kept updated as preparations are made for the lottery's management to be handed over to a private manager.

GENERA NETWORKS Wins Lawsuit against Postcode Lottery
STOCKHOLM, Sweden (January 18, 2013) -- Norway (January Genera Networks and Norwegian national lottery Norsk Tipping have won a full victory in a Norwegian court of law with regard to the allegations made by Nova Media, the Dutch parent company of the Postcode Lottery. Nova Media had claimed that Genera and Norsk Tipping breached the Norwegian Marketing Act by producing a copy of the Postcode Lottery

State Gambling Regulators Deny Extension Requests

Norsk Tipping Not Guilty Of Plagiarism
HAMAR, Norway (January 17, 2013) -- Norsk Tipping won the case brought by Novamedia for breach of the Norwegian Marketing Control Act. The Hedmark District Court states that Norsk Tipping has acted completely in accordance with the law and good business practice.
