National Lottery Commission and UK Gambling Commission Merger Postponed
LONDON, UK (April 29, 2013) -- The UK government decided to postpone the merger of the National Lottery Commission with the UK Gambling Commission. Some politicians believe that the attributes of the two organizations are incompatible. The UK Culture, Media and Sport Select Committee announced that it decided to delay the merger between the UK Gambling Commission and the National Lottery Association. The postponement will give opponents of the merger the opportunity to voice their arguments.
