CHICAGO, Illinois (November 30, 2012) --The Illinois Lottery re-launched its
Internet sales portal and added Powerball to its Internet Sales Channel today at
noon.
"The lottery launched the first in the nation Internet
Lottery Pilot last March during the $656 million Mega Millions prize event,”
said Michael Jones, Superintendent of the Illinois Lottery. “We had planned a
complete makeover of our site, making it much more user friendly and adding
Powerball for the end of November. Little did we imagine that we would flirt
with second highest lottery prize in history for the launch!”...................
